Hello, I am Tara Neifer, welcome to OSTEO in MOTION a Manual Osteopathy and Movement Clinic!

We offer Manual Osteopathy, a gentle non-invasive treatment mainly involving soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization and muscle energy techniques. Osteo in Motion prioritizes movement to integrate and complete the treatments. This facilitates a better understanding of our bodies and their areas of concern. Private Yoga instruction is also available at this location. 

I am located in the Goodlife Wellness building in Sooke, BC. 

I reccomend that you wear comfortable light clothing, preferably shorts.
