I am Tara, my approach to Manual Osteopathy blends my love for movement exploration and targeted manual interventions in the osteopathic tradition. My goal is to help your body back to a balanced, pain-free place.
You can expect a full body assessment before we hone in the local issues giving you trouble. Through listening to your tissues and general orthopaedics tests we will come to an understanding of the interventions necessary. Time allowing and your specific goals will dictate movement therapy. Movement and deep breathing help integrate and complete the treatments. You will be prescribed homework for stretching/ massage, muscle activations and integration exercises. Private/ Semi Private Yoga is also available at this location.
I am located in the Goodlife Wellness building 2113 Otter point Rd, Sooke, BC.
