The initial appointment will allot more time for assessment. Posture will be examined, range of motion and pain scale. Neurokinetic Therapy will be used to understand muscle compensation patterns. We will discuss treatment goals and lifestyle habits to begin creating your treatment. Manual Osteopathy is a gentle non-invasive treatment mainly involving soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization and muscle energy techniques. Our goal is to increase function in the areas of concern and work to understand the larger patterns at play. It will help bring more structural alignment and symmetry.
