Osteopathy Follow up
Description
Session will include manual therapy and movement education as time allows. Manual Osteopathy is a gentle non-invasive treatment mainly involving soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization and muscle energy techniques. Manual Osteopathy is used to release restricted ligaments, fascial adhesions and reduce painful muscle contractions. It increases in venous and arterial circulation, and nerve stimulation. Our goal is to increase function in the areas of concern and work to understand the larger patterns at play.
