These sessions take a deeper dive into movement and breath efficiency. With the use of many different kinds of props, such as headstanders and backbenders, we are able to get more awareness and greater openings to the spine. They are also very beneficial in down regulating the nervous system, through breath practice and gentle coordinated movements. You are welcome to bring another participant to these classes as there is room for 2.
